2026 NDGWA Annual Meeting & Conference

We’re excited to announce that our Annual Conference and Meeting will be held January 30-31, 2026, at the historic Nome Schoolhouse in Nome, ND. This event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow growers, winemakers, and industry experts.

 

The board is currently developing the conference schedule and would love your input—please send your session ideas, speaker recommendations, or topics of interest to ndgwa2006@gmail.com.

The 2026 Conference, Annual Meeting and Wine Competition will be held January 30-31, 2026, at the Nome Schoolhouse, Nome, ND.

​​

Registration will be available on Eventbrite (click here). Ticket will go on sale, December 1 at noon.

 

​​Bring an item for the silent auction if you wish.

​

 

Friday night wine competition, social, breaks, lunch and breaks on Saturday, during the conference are included in the conference registration.

 

An additional charge for the Saturday, January 31 buffet is $25 under the add-on tickets.

​

Pay your 2026 dues when you register for the conference, look under the add-on tickets.

​

There are 11 rooms at the Nome Schoolhouse available, first come first served call to reserve 701-850-7764.

Our group is also reserving rooms at the AmericInn by Wyndam, 280 Wintershow Road SW, Valley City, North Dakota 58072.  The NDGWA is looking into arranging a shuttle from the hotel to the Nome Schoolhouse, Friday afternoon with return options after the wine competition and social and on Saturday morning with return options in the evening following the Banquet.​

The 2026 People's Choice Wine Competition will be held Friday, January 30th.

Whether you are a home wine maker or a professional, the wine competition is open to anyone wanting to promote the grape and wine industry in North Dakota. You do not have to be a member of the NDGWA. Entries are due at the Nome Schoolhouse by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30th.

​

The Wine Competition is part of the conference registration, if you know of others who wish to attend, the People's Choice Competition is, as in the past, open to the public to attend, stay tuned for details and ticketing options.  The event will be co-sponsored by the Nome Schoolhouse.
